Returns Policy
At Unbreakable Liberty, we maintain a strict and clear return policy to ensure transparency and fairness. We only accept returns under very limited conditions, as outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Damaged Physical Goods Only: We only accept returns for physical products that arrive damaged. If your item is not damaged upon delivery, it is not eligible for return. (All other sales are final.)
Reporting Window – 3 Business Days: You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery to report any damage. Returns will not be accepted if the damage is reported later than this timeframe.
Unused & Original Packaging: To qualify for a return, the item should be unused and in its original packaging, except for the damage in question. The product should be in the same condition as delivered (apart from the reported damage).
Photo Evidence Required: Clear photo evidence of the damage is required when you contact us. This helps us verify the issue and process your return request efficiently.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us Promptly: Email our customer support at info@unbreakableliberty.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. In your email, include your order number, the product name, and a description of the damage.
Provide Photographic Proof: Attach clear photos of the damage to your email. Make sure the images clearly show the issue with the product and, if possible, the condition of the packaging upon arrival.
Await Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and evidence. If the return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item (if a return shipment is required) or how we will proceed with the refund. Please note: Requests submitted outside the 3-business-day window or without proper photo evidence will be declined.
No Exchanges or Store Credit
Unbreakable Liberty does not offer exchanges or store credit under any circumstances. We do not replace damaged items with new ones, and we do not issue store credit for future purchases. If your return is approved (for a damaged physical item), the only remedy provided is a refund back to your original payment method. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Digital Products – Final Sale
All digital products sold by Unbreakable Liberty are final sale. Digital purchases (such as downloadable content, e-books, online courses, or any non-tangible goods) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered to you (via download or access link), the sale is considered final. We do not accept returns, nor provide refunds or credits for any digital products.
